Carolina Hill is an emergency assistance family shelter. We are not permitted to make admissions directly. All of our resident families are referred to us through the Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD). If you or someone you know is unhoused or experiencing housing insecurity, Please contact their office for assistance at 617-573-1106.
